BREAKFAST IN A PAN 
4 c. (1 pkg.) onion flavored croutons
8 oz. grated Colby cheese
12 eggs, beaten with 4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 lb. cubed ham or 1 lb. crumbled fried bacon

In a 9x13 pan layer croutons, then meat and cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard, then pour over the croutons, meat and cheese. Cover and let stand overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for an hour.

Optional: Heat a can of cream of mushroom soup if you like a sauce. A small can of drained mushrooms can be added to the soup.

P.S. Sometimes I leave out the meat and serve with slices of ham or pork sausage links.
