BREAKFAST IN A PAN 
8 slices bread
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1 to 2 c. chopped ham
16 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 med. onion, chopped fine

Grease 9x13 pan. Place half of bread in pan. (Can trim crust if desired.) Spread ham, onion and half of cheese over bread. Place rest of bread on top. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.

Beat eggs well then add milk and blend well. Slowly pour over bread, etc. in pan. Cover well and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cut into desired serving pieces.
