BREAKFAST MEAL IN A MUFFIN PAN 
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) corned beef hash
6 eggs, sm.
Salt & pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 6 large cupcake pans. Press about 2 tablespoons hash in cups. Break in a small egg. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Serve with fruit and muffins.
