BREAKFAST IN A PAN | |
5 slices cubed bread 1 lb. bulk sausage 5 beaten eggs 2 c. milk Salt and pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. Mozzarella cheese 1 c. Cheddar cheese Cook sausage slightly; don't fry. Drain and add in an 8x8 inch pan; sausage, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and bread. Top with 1 cup Mozzarella and/or Cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate one day. Uncover to bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. 4 servings. |
