LIPTON CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 env. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix with diced chicken meat
1 tbsp. flour

Bring 3 cups milk and broccoli to boiling point. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Stir in Lipton noodle soup mix and flour blended with remaining milk. Bring to boiling point then simmer, stirring often 10 minutes or until soup thickens and broccoli is tender. Make 4 servings.

So delicious! I tweaked the recipe a little bit. I did not use chicken at all. Instead of boiling 3 cups of milk, I boiled 2 cups of milk with one cup of water. Then, I mixed the flour, 1/2 cup of water and Lipton soup mix together. I added that, brought to a boil and then simmered for 2-3 minutes. I then added a handle of of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Then simmered the soup for an additional 7 minutes. It is such an easy and delicious cheddar broccoli soup! It's perfect for any meal any day.
