ONE PAN BREAKFAST | |
Fry 8-10 slices of bacon, or 3-4 slices ham, or 1/2 pound bulk sausage. Remove. Fry enough potatoes with skins on to cover the bottom of pan. You can throw in onions and peppers if you want. When potatoes are done cover with enough scrambled eggs (about 8 eggs seasoned to taste and with a touch of milk). Now add any type of shredded cheese you want. Cheddar, Velveeta, Monterey Jack, or a mix. Cover this with the cooked meat. Cook very slow until done. Watch the bottom. |
