BREAKFAST EGGS & CHILES 
4 sm. cans green chiles
6 eggs
6 scant tbsp. milk
Pinch of salt
Tabasco to taste
1 pkg. grated sharp cheese
6 triangles crescent roll dough left in 3 squares

Grease 9 x 12 inch pan. Press crescent roll dough in pan making a little ledge. Bake dough 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat eggs and other ingredients except cheese and chiles. Add mixture on top of dough. Drop in chiles and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly before cutting.
