Icing:

1 large container Cool Whip
1 or 2 cans drained crushed pineapple
1 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix well and spread on tops of cooled layers.

Note: You can make extra icing to put on the sides if you wish.

Cake:

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges (juice and all)

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350°F in 3 large pans for 20 to 25 minutes.
