DEVILED STUFFED CRAB 
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
Bread crumbs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. crabmeat

Melt 2 tablespoons butter; add 2 tablespoons flour, gradually add 1 cup milk, cook 5 minutes. Add 1 beaten egg yolk, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper, 1/2 teaspoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat: add 1/2 pound crabmeat and 1/2 cup chopped cooked mushrooms. Mix and fill shells. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake until brown and bake in a small casserole.
