DEVILED CRAB 
5 lb. crabmeat, flaked
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
pinch of cayenne (for garnish)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. butter
2 qt. milk
8 oz. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. pepper
5 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. onion juice (optional)
8 oz. flour
1 1/2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
4 oz. butter, melted

Combine lemon juice, eggs and seasonings. Add to crabmeat. Mix lightly. Add mustard. Combine sauce and crab mixture. Mix lightly. Fill individual casseroles or shells. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.

Bake 15 minutes at 400°F.
