BUTTER PECAN DELIGHT 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. boxes butter pecan instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Nuts for garnish

FIRST LAYER: Combine flour, butter and nuts. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly brown.

SECOND LAYER: Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, Cool Whip, and vanilla, and pour on cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER: Combine instant pudding and milk. Place on Cool Whip layer. Top it off with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with pecans.

NOTE: You may use any flavor pudding that your family likes.
