JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter and cool. Mix sugar and butter and mix well. Beat eggs until fluffy and add to first mixture. Add vinegar, vanilla, coconut, crushed pineapple which has been drained, raisins and chopped nuts. Mix well and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
