JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 sm. boiled, stripped chicken 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 sm. head of cabbage, shredded (uncooked) 2 pkgs. of chicken flavor "Oodles of noodles" (Nissin), small compact packages (uncooked, break apart noodles) Sprinkle of sugar 1/2 c. of oil 1/2 c. of vinegar 1 tbsp. of soy sauce 1 c. of sliced almonds 1 (8 oz.) can of chopped water chestnuts, drained Combine chicken, onion, cabbage, noodles, oil, vinegar, packs from noodles and sauce together. Add sliced almonds and water chestnuts. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Toss and serve with love. |
