JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 whole lg. boneless chicken breast
1 sm. head cabbage, finely shredded
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 oz. slivered almonds
1 pkg. (Oriental flavored) Top Ramen noodles
2 green onions, chopped

Chicken breast - Cooked and cut into small pieces (after cooled). I boil chicken in water and soy sauce.

Crush Top Ramen noodles and mix with all the above ingredients. Pour dressing over and mix thoroughly and let marinate at least 8 hours (better if marinated overnight).

DRESSING:

Mix together in jar and shake well: 3 tbsp. vinegar (apple cider) Seasoning packet from Top Ramen noodles 1 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. sugar
