COLD CHICKEN SALAD 
2 whole chicken breasts
1 pkg. long grain & wild rice
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
Squirt lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. unsalted cashews
1 c. seedless grapes, halved

Prepare rice. Cook and chunk chicken. Mix together chicken, rice and water chestnuts. Blend mayonnaise, milk, onion and lemon juice. Toss ingredients and refrigerate. Before serving, fold in cashews and grapes.

Wondering if I could freeze the salad with the grapes or cashews in it? It make a large amount and although we love it, don't want it every night. Thanks!
