1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese (sm. curd light & lively) 1 pkg. orange Jello (sm.) 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 can mandarin oranges 1 carton Cool Whip, 8-9 oz. Empty cottage cheese into bowl; sprinkle dry Jello over it. Mix well and add crushed pineapple (drained). Mix and add softened Cool Whip. Mix. Drain oranges. Stir carefully. Refrigerate. Will keep for several days. Can be made ahead. |
