RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 
1/2 c. raspberry vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
4 tsp. sugar
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped (2 tsp.)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate in a container with a tight-fitting lid. It will keep for months. Makes 1/2 cup. 2 tablespoons equals less than 10 calories.
