CURRIED PEACH BAKE 
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. peach brandy
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. curry
12 peach halves

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In glass baking pan, melt butter. Stir in raisins, sugar, curry and cinnamon. Place drained peach halves, cut side down, in pan. Spoon some sugar mixture on top. Pour brandy over peaches. Bake 1/2 hour. Serve hot with meat.
