PEACHY BEEF BAKE | |
This recipe makes lots! Adjust if you have a small family or a small appetite! 2 lb. beef stew meat (large cubes) 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 (14 oz.) can sliced peaches 1/4 cup tomato paste 2 tsp. cider vinegar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. ground allspice salt and pepper, to taste Preheat over to 350°F. Place stew meat in a large casserole dish. Process peaches in blender. Add to casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cover. Bake at 350°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until beef is very tender. Submitted by: Healthy Quick Meals |
