SLOPPY JOE CORNBREAD BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef chuck
1 (15 oz.) can sloppy joe sauce (Manwich)
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. dairy sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Velveeta or cheddar cheese

CORNBREAD TOPPING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix (Jiffy or other)
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp. dairy sour cream
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In a skillet, brown ground meat (with a little onion or onion powder, if desired). Drain.

Add to meat: sloppy joe sauce, red pepper flakes, dairy sour cream and shredded cheese. Simmer while making the cornbread.

Combine cornbread mix with egg, milk, and dairy sour cream. Stir until smooth.

Pour meat mixture into 8x11-inch glass baking dish. Pour cornbread mixture over the top. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top, if desired.

Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes.
