MOTHER PEARL'S BROWN RICE 
1 c. rice (washed)
1 med. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 cans Campbell's chicken soup (with rice)

Chop onions, bell peppers and celery in skillet in 2 tablespoons bacon drippings or Wesson oil, brown rice, onion, pepper and celery. Add chicken soup and 1 can of water, season with salt and bake uncovered at 300 degrees for about an hour.
