HOW NOW BROWN KOW 
1 lb. ground meat
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion
3/4 c. diced celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. raw rice
1/8 c. soy sauce
Pinch pepper
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown meat, add onions and celery and saute for 5 minutes. Add everything else except noodles. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Top with noodles.
