6 English muffins, lightly browned
3 tomatoes, sliced
Turkey or chicken breast, sliced
12 slices bacon, fried
Cheese Sauce

Arrange tomato slices on muffin halves. Then turkey slices, criss-cross bacon slices on top and pour on Cheese Sauce.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
4 c. milk
3 c. sharp cheese, grated

Melt butter over low heat, stir in flour. Add milk slowly. When it is almost thickened, blend in cheese. Blend well and pour over sandwiches and serve.
