MAUREEN BROWN-'S HOT ARTICHOKE
SPREAD
 
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Sesame seeds

Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces. Drain water. Mix cheese, artichoke and mayonnaise well. Spread onto a baking dish or pan. Smooth down. Sprinkle sesame seeds (or bread crumbs) on top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 20 to 30 minutes. Cut up. Serve with sliced French bread, pita or crackers.
