KENTUCKY HOT BROWN 
SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 slices trimmed toast
1 lb. cooked turkey, thinly sliced
4 strips bacon, partially cooked
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and stir well. Add milk, seasoning and cheese. Cook until thick. Cut toast into triangular pieces and place in baking dish. Arrange turkey slices on the toast and cover with hot cheese sauce. Top with tomato slices and bacon strips. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until bubbly.
