BROWN DERBY'S 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can beef gravy
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
2 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. butter

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Add chicken broth. Brown 1/4 cup sized patties in skillet, then place in baking dish.

Bring gravy, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, butter and ketchup to a boil; let boil for 2 minutes, then pour over patties. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
