BAKED LEMON PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops
Flour
Salt
Pepper
4 slices lemon
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Dredge pork chops in flour, salt and pepper. Brown both sides in hot shortening or oil. Drain off excess fat. Arrange in baking pan. Put slice of lemon on each chop. Mix ketchup, water and brown sugar; pour over chops. Bake uncovered in 350 degree fat for 1 hour.
