BAKED LEMON PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
Salt & pepper
Flour to coat
4 lemon slices

Mix together: 1/3 c. water 1 tbsp. brown sugar Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Trim fat from chops; coat with salt, pepper and flour. Brown chops, arrange in shallow baking pan. Put a slice of lemon on each chop. Pour on other ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Serves 4.
