BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Brown pork chops, salt and pepper in hot skillet with Wesson oil or Crisco lite. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until chops are tender.
