IRISH MEAT PASTIE 
1 pound lean chop meat
1 large onion sliced and separated
several tablespoons of A-1 sauce, to taste
1 or 2 potatoes cleaned and thinly sliced
Upper and lower pie crust (homemade or store bought)

Line pie plate with 1 pie crust. Layer in meat. Layer in potatoes, then onion slices.

Repeat 2 or 3 times. Add a little A-1 sauce between layers.

Place top pie crust on top and seal edges all the way around.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for approximately 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with vegetables of your choice. Peas or carrots are delicious.
