IRISH MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 slices bread, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of garlic powder
1 can tomato soup

Add all above ingredients to a large bowl; mix well. Form into a loaf. Place into a baking pan. Pat top with water to just smooth and keep from breaking. Then spread tomato soup over top to cover. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
