JALAPENO SAUSAGE POPPERS 
Jalapeno peppers, cut in half, seeds removed
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb roll sausage
1 lb bacon slices

Prepare jalapeno peppers, then pop in the oven for a few minutes to tenderize. Cook and scramble sausage; drain.

Stir in cream cheese and mix well. Stuff pepper halves with cream cheese and sausage mixture. Wrap a slice of bacon around each popper and secure with a toothpick.

Bake or grill until bacon is crispy.
