KAREN'S JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
1 lb. sausage (browned)
1/4 c. oil
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 jalapenos, diced (...or for you brave souls, however many you're willing to pay for later)
1 can creamed corn
3/4-1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oil in baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix; mix in oil. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
