PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 pork chops
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 lemon
Salt & pepper (or Season-All)

Season pork chops and place in a baking dish. Put onion rings on top of each chop and squeeze lemon juice on each one. Bake on high (about 400 degrees) for about 1/2 hour, or until chops start to brown, then add a little water and cover. Bake for about 1/2 hour more, or until tender and brown, checking occasionally to add water if needed.
