PORK CHOP BAKE 
Pork chops (center cut thick)
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. catsup
Mustard
Onion
Lemon
Can of pork & beans (size of can according to family)

Put pork and beans in a casserole. Place chops on top of beans. Salt and pepper chops. Spread each chop lightly with mustard. Sprinkle with brown sugar and then catsup. Put a thin slice of onion on each chop and then a thin slice of lemon. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Great dinner for gals with oven timers.
