LAZY DAY PIGS IN THE BLANKET 
1 med. head cabbage
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. raw rice
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
1 c. water

Brown beef and onion. Cook rice according to package. Shred cabbage. Place 1/2 of shredded cabbage in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix meat and rice on top of cabbage. Add remaining cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix 2 cans tomato soup with the water and pour over cabbage. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

Wouldn't this be best called "lazy cabbage rolls"? Pigs in a blanket usually are hot dogs in some sort of dough (bread, biscuits, crescents) and baked. This looks awesome for easy cabbage rolls, though! :)

It depends on where you are from. I remember the first time I heard someone call hot dogs in dough 'pigs in a blanket' and I was whaaaat?? That's not pigs in a blanket. That's just crazy talk.
