BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Vegetable oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Juice 1/2 lemon

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown the chops in hot oil in a skillet, then place them in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
