1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. toasted slivered almonds
2 stalks green onion
1/2 pkg. pancit noodle (Filipino), optional
1-2 chicken breasts (steamed), shredded

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper to taste
