CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. cooked shredded chicken
1 head lettuce, shredded
4 green onions, sliced thin
3 tbsp. roasted almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seed

Mix chicken, lettuce, onions, almonds and sesame seeds. Mix dressing ingredients separately. When ready to serve mix Maifun noodles with salad mixture. Pour dressing over and toss.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 oz. Maifun noodles, deep fry light brown.
