BAKED LEMON PORK CHOPS 
4 lean loin chops
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. shortening
4 lemon slices
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

Dip chops in flour; brown both sides in shortening. Place in baking dish. Put 1 lemon slice on each chop. Mix catsup, water and brown sugar; pour over each chop. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add small amount of water toward end of baking period if needed.
