BAKED SQUASH AND APPLE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. (2 lb.) butternut squash, peeled
2 lg. apples, cored, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cooled butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cut squash into small pieces. Place squash with apples in 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Crumble remaining ingredients and distribute over apples and squash. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 45-50 minutes.
