POLKA DOT DESSERT 
1 (4 serving) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 pt. peppermint or mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 c. flavored tiny marshmallows

Place pudding mix in a large mixer bow. Add milk. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold softened ice cream into pudding mixture. Turn into an 8x8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle marshmallows on top. Freeze. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Makes 9 servings.
