HEAVENLY PIE DESSERT 
1 can drained pineapple, crushed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 c. little marshmallows
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Drain pineapple, keep 3/4 cup juice. Bring 3/4 cup pineapple juice to a boil. Stir in 1/32 cup rice. Simmer 2 minutes, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Prepare pudding according to package. Fold in pineapple and marshmallows into hot pudding. Add pecans. Chill, garnish with whipped cream. Makes 6 cups.
