OATS - RYE AND WHEAT BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. Grandma's molasses
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. rye flour
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. white flour
2 c. white flour

1. Mix the yeast and sugar in the warm water in a large bowl. Let stand until yeast has raised.

2. Add to the yeast the rest of the warm water, molasses and salt.

3. Add whole wheat, rye and 2 cups white flour.

4. Stir until smooth.

5. Add remaining flour gradually to make a stiff dough.

6. Turn out on floured board, knead 6-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

7. Place about 3 tablespoons of oil in a bowl. Place the dough, work in the oil that's in the bowl by turning the dough in the oil.

8. Let dough rise until double in size.

9. Punch down and form into loaves. Place in oiled loaf pans.

10. Let dough rise until double its size.

11. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

12. This recipe makes about 2 loaves.
