TURKEY POTATO PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 env. Lipton golden onion soup mix
2 c. water
2 c. cut up turkey
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 c. hot mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large saucepan melt butter and cook flour until brown. Stir in soup mix thoroughly blended with water, bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes until thickened. Stir in turkey, vegetables, 1 cup cheese and pepper. Turn lightly into 2 quart casserole; to with hot potatoes; then remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
