CHEAP 'N EASY CHICKEN, BACON AND
POTATO STEW

Cheap, filling, very simple and very good!! Give it a shot, the kids love it!

1 (16 oz.) pkg. chicken tenders
1 (12 oz.) pkg. turkey bacon
1 (14 oz.) pkg. brown rice (I use boil-in-bag)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 cans milk (use empty soup can)
1 (15 oz.) can diced potatoes, drained
parsley flakes, to taste
garlic powder, to taste

Boil bag of rice for 10 minutes, drain. Add both condensed soup cans. Fill both empty cans with milk and add it in. Add in the can of potatoes and bring to a simmer.

With a little vegetable oil fry up chicken with garlic and parsley seasonings, to taste. Fry up turkey bacon and cut into fine strips. Add all together and let simmer until it thickens.
