BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS | |
This chicken will make you a great dinner, and wishes you could take seconds too! 2 chicken drumsticks per person maple cured smoked thick bacon (1 slice per drumstick) 1 baked potato per person salt and pepper, to taste garden fresh salad (your choice) Wash the drumsticks thoroughly and peel of the skin if desired. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap each drumstick with a thick slice of maple cured smoked bacon and place them on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes turning over in mid time. Bake the potatoes as usual either microwave or oven. Serve with fresh garden salad of your choice and either dairy sour cream or butter with the potatoes. Submitted by: Lisa O'Donnell |
