MAKE - AHEAD BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1-1 1/2 lb. cooked sausage
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. Vermouth or white wine

Lay bread slices in 9 x 13 inch casserole. pan. Sprinkle cheese and sausage evenly over bread. Mix together eggs, milk and mustard and pour over other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning combine soup and vermouth, pour over casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Ham or other meats may be used. This is my Christmas morning brunch recipe.
