1 pkg. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage or Polska Kielbasa (any variety), sliced
1/4 inch thick
12 corn tortillas
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, sliced in wedges
1 lg. red onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Taco sauce to taste

Bake tortillas on cookie sheet at 450 degrees until golden (8 to 10 minutes). Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Top tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, onion, sausage, cheese, and sauce.

Total preparation and cooking time: 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6.
