EASY POTATOES 
1 (10 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
8 medium potatoes, diced
salt and pepper, to taste

Peal potatoes and dice into chunks and boil. But not until mushy. Then mix both soups with potato chunks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 350°F until warm and bubbly.
